First year $85,000-$110,000 FBFS offers a comprehensive, multi-line product portfolio which includes but is not limited to auto, home, umbrella, farm/ranch, business, health, annuities, life insurance, and wealth management. We are the number one farm insurer in Minnesota and are rapidly growing in each of the markets listed above. Starting a career in the insurance industry can be extremely challenging, especially if you do not have a team around you to support and guide you every step of the way. This is something we take very serious at FBFS and our built- in support systems and training program are a direct reflection of it. This includes extensive joint field work, marketing support, a compensation structure that is very lucrative and NOT 100% commission based. Months 1-4 The story of your bright new future career starts with the Developing Agent Program. During the program you will be able to test drive the career (while keeping your current employment) and learn what a day in the life of a successful Agent at FBFS looks like. You will engage in a mixture of online, classroom and on the job training with your sales partners including your District Manager, Field Training Consultants, Sales Coach, other veteran Agents, and all our Product Specialists. Month 4 and beyond After successful completion of the Developing Agent program, you will enter the full time Career Agent Program, where you will receive a base salary, five figure bonuses, industry leading commission, and benefits. This program gives you the ability to set your own hours and work independently while having the backing and support of all the resources you utilized in the Developing Agent Program. This allows for a healthy work/life balance and the ability to grow both personally and professionally. There are also multiple opportunities for advancement within our growing organization.
