What You 'll Do: Client Engagement * Connect with clients through genuine conversations and product knowledge. * Deliver coaching moments in small doses--helping clients feel confident, not confused. * Share the 'why' behind our meals and our mission in a way that sticks. Daily Execution * Follow direction from the Key Lead and complete the Daily Sheet with excellence. * Prepare the store each day--restock, reset, and bring energy to every task. * Serve high-quality shakes with confidence, speed, and a smile. * Execute opening and closing duties with consistency and attention to detail. Retail & Operations * Stock retail refrigerators, manage inventory, and maintain shake bar readiness. * Operate the Point of Sale and customize client plans through our system. * Handle client deliveries and shipments--lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. * Keep the store spotless and client-ready at all times. Team Collaboration * Take feedback well and stay coachable--your growth fuels the whole team. * Lean into communication, especially with your Key Lead and fellow Educators. * Step up when others need support--our wins are shared.
