Build something big. We're working with a rock-solid commercial facilities services company that's been doing this for decades -- and doing it right. They've built a reputation for quality and professionalism, and now they're ready to grow even bigger. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Business Development Manager who knows the facilities game inside and out and is ready to open doors, close deals, and own their growth. The comp: $95K-$120K base + commission + $1,700/month car allowance (or company vehicle for work use). What you'll actually be doing: This isn't a cold-call grind or a seat-filler role. You'll be hunting for new business, yes -- but you'll also be building real relationships with clients, crafting solutions that fit their needs, and working with a strong ops team to make sure delivery matches the promise. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals and RFPs (including pricing for union and non-union prospects), lead contract negotiations, and represent the brand at industry events. You'll also stay close to leadership with regular updates on what's working, what's not, and where the market's headed. What you need: * 3 -5 years in facilities services or commercial cleaning. This is non-negotiable -- we need someone who speaks the language and knows the landscape. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * Proven sales, negotiation, and pricing chops * The ability to build trust and close deals without being pushy * Self-motivated and results-driven * Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office Why this opportunity stands out: * Real earning potential.
