Quoting, binding, issuing proof of coverage and servicing renewals for Standard Commercial Lines & Surplus Lines. Management system used is AMS360. Job Requirements * REQUIREDActive General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License in the State of Texas . * Minimum 2 years ' experience as a Commercial Lines insurance producer & successful product analyst experience with a track record of expanded responsibilities * Bilingual in Spanish language * Must be able to successfully pass a background check and Drug screening . * Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey and sell proposals that may be new or renewing * High comfort level with multi-tasking, follow-thru and follow-up * Problem-Solving Capabilities * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency and possess strong work ethics * Confident, self-starter who works well independently & works well with other employees and is a TEAM player with a positive attitude! TEAM Agent * Propose coverage for business, commercial, transportation & property risks. * Identify prospective insured's insurance requirements by analyzing their profile and help advise them of their insurance needs to protect their assets. * Counsel and advise prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage. * Develop and maintain business relationships with policyholders and within community. * Service and maintain renewal policies. * Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals.
