Medicare Agent - Hourly W2 | Office Location Highlights * Hourly W2 position with performance bonuses * Inbound calls (leads provided) * Monday-Friday or Tuesday to Saturday Overview We are hiring motivated Medicare Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, educate clients about Medicare options, and guide them toward the plan that best fits their needs. Training is provided, and you'll have the support of a team dedicated to helping you succeed. What You 'll Do * Assist clients in understanding Medicare benefits and enrollment options * Answer inbound calls and follow up with leads * Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships * Stay compliant with HIPAA and Medicare guidelines Qualifications * Sales or call center experience preferred (Medicare training provided) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently from home * Multilingual abilities a plus Why Join Us?
