Join the fastest growing Zillow Flex Team in Hampton Roads Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first-time? A Better Way Realty is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. New licensed agents that join the team are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. A Better Way Realty is partnered directly with Zillow which is the largest real estate marketplace in the world. A Better Way agents receive Zillow Flex Buyer and Seller leads directly from Zillow when they join our team. There are only a few teams that are partnered directly with Zillow in Hampton Roads. We are one of the select few. That means we represent a large majority of their visitors every time they buy or sell a property! We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and turn them into closings. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days of joining. A Better Way Realty offers continued education 2-3 days per week to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition. 2026 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to close 2-3 deals a month with the leads we are able to provide.
