Now Hiring - Personal Lines Account Manager - Independent Retail Insurance Location: 701 Martinsville Rd, Liberty Corner, NJ 07938 Speciality : Personal Lines Couch Braunsdorf Insurance Group is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its team in Liberty Corner, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse and engaging book of business that includes standard and middle market personal lines accounts as well as high-net-worth (HNW) clients , primarily across New Jersey with some exposure to neighboring states like New York and Pennsylvania. If you enjoy building relationships, delivering high-touch service, and managing complex personal insurance needs, this role offers both stability and variety in a well-established, client-focused agency. Company Perks: * 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employee-only plans and a portion of the dependent costs. * PTO and company-paid holidays. * 401K plan What You 'll Do: * Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts ranging from standard to high-net-worth clients * Handle renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and policy changes with accuracy and care * Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients understand coverage options and proactively identifying gaps or opportunities * Work closely with carrier partners and internal teams to place and service coverage effectively * Maintain accurate records and workflows in the agency management system What We 're Looking For: * Experience servicing personal lines accounts within an independent insurance agency or brokerage * Strong understanding of personal lines coverages (home, auto, umbrella, valuables, etc.) * Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred but not required * Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of attention and care * Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain one) Why Alkeme?
