Job Description

: Entry-Level Inside Sales Executive (Future Recruitment Path) We are seeking an Entry-Level Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional from a fast-paced, target-driven environment who is open to transitioning into recruitment as their career progresses. The ideal candidate will have strong sales fundamentals, resilience under pressure, and a consultative approach to client engagement. Experience in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Construction is highly valued. Exposure to B2B sales or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage. This position offers a clear development pathway, with the opportunity to move into a Recruitment Consultant role for individuals who demonstrate strong performance and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close sales through phone calls, email outreach, and online meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service and proactive follow-up
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve company objectives
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems

Qualifications

• 2 -4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, or a similar role within one of the following industries:
• Manufacturing
• Financial Services (Insurance, Investments, etc.)
• Telecommunications
• Construction or Engineering Services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred but not required
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Application Question(s):
