The Opportunity TH Solutions is led by operators with over 12 years of experience in real estate acquisitions. We are not brokers, agents, or wholesalers. We buy assets directly with our own capital. This is our money, our balance sheet, and our portfolio. We own and operate millions of dollars in property , and when we agree on a deal, we close as principals. There are: * No listings * No assignments * No middlemen You are negotiating directly on behalf of ownership and bringing opportunities under contract for us to acquire. Why This Role Is Different The biggest difference in this role is what you 're calling and how your time is used. Before any opportunity reaches you, it goes through a multi-step internal qualification process. Leads are reviewed and filtered by multiple specialists internally so that only the strongest opportunities reach the sales team. By the time an opportunity hits your pipeline: * It has already been vetted by several people * It exists in a niche where very few others are calling (usually no one else) * The focus is on quality conversations and conversion , not volume for volume's sake We are obsessed with lead quality. The goal is simple: more deals from fewer conversations. Built for Execution You will also be working inside a custom CRM built specifically for this workflow -- not a generic sales system. Most sales roles slow performers down with messy pipelines, manual tracking, and administrative drag. Ours does the opposite: * Keeps follow-up tight and visible * Surfaces the right actions at the right time * Eliminates unnecessary admin work The result is a setup where you can spend more time on calls, conversations, and closing , and less time managing tools. Compensation & Ramp * Base + commission draw structure during your first 90 days * Designed to support your ramp while you learn the process and begin producing * Transition to commission-based compensation thereafter * Uncapped earnings tied directly to performance With consistent outbound activity and disciplined follow-up, strong performers typically secure their first contract within 30 -60 days. Who This Role Is For * Individuals with experience in outbound, phone-based, or commission-driven sales * This role is best suited for candidates with high-volume B2C outbound phone sales experience (50-100+ calls/day). * People who are organized, disciplined, and follow-up focused * Comfortable spending most of the workday making outbound calls * Motivated by accountability and performance-based income * Professionals who want to be part of a growing operation, not a static role This role rewards output -- not tenure or titles. Who This Role Is Not For * Real estate agents whose background is primarily listings, buyer representation, or referral-based sales * Wholesalers or assignment-based operators * Anyone uncomfortable with outbound, phone-driven sales * Anyone primarily seeking fixed or highly predictable compensation * Individuals who require constant supervision Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to qualified opportunities daily * Own and manage your pipeline inside the CRM * Conduct discovery and negotiation calls * Execute contracts directly on behalf of ownership * Maintain consistent follow-up until resolution * Respond quickly to high-priority opportunities, including occasional weekends Training is provided on the acquisition model and niche.Sales execution, professionalism, and work ethic are expected.
