About the Role We're looking for a hungry, high-energy Intern or Junior Agent who wants to break into commercial real estate. This is a full time, on-site role in Los Angeles. You'll be in the field, on the phones, in the office where the action is. This job is 100% commission What You 'll Be Doing * Heavy business development: lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, database building, nurturing leads * Assisting with property tours, showings, and client meetings * Researching properties, ownership, comps, and market trends * Preparing listing packages, presentations, and marketing materials * Supporting clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing processes * Helping with negotiations and transaction coordination under guidance of senior agents * Staying sharp on market intel--neighborhoods, pricing, trends, and opportunities * Being an active, positive contributor to a fast-moving, team-driven environment This role is for someone who wants to develop into a full-fledged agent but understands that the foundation of CRE success is consistent outreach and relationship-building. What We're Looking For * Basic understanding of commercial or residential real estate * Valid California Real Estate License (or willing to obtain one promptly) * Natural sales instincts--comfortable starting conversations and building rapport * Strong communication, people skills, and grit * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, collaborative environment * Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills * Comfortable using CRM tools, research platforms, and basic office software * Any prior real estate internship, brokerage role, leasing experience, or sales experience is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship Pay: $1.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
