Duties * Engage with both potential and existing clients to assess their unique insurance needs and offer personalized solutions. * Lead outside sales efforts through networking, community outreach, and prospecting to drive new business opportunities. * Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to strategically position and differentiate our products. * Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they fully understand their options and the benefits of various policies. * Negotiate insurance contract terms to secure the best possible agreements in favor of the client's needs. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and agreements within our systems. * Provide exceptional ongoing support , addressing any questions or concerns clients may have about their policies. * Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and new products , ensuring you're always offering clients the most relevant and up-to-date solutions. Skills * Exceptional customer service skills , with a focus on fostering strong, lasting relationships. * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to connect with clients effectively. * Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, providing clients with informed recommendations. * Advanced negotiation abilities to advocate for the best interests of clients. * Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, allowing for enhanced communication with a diverse range of clients. * Previous experience in insurance sales is an advantage but not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
