ROOFOLOGIST (Roof Sales Consultant) - Base Pay + Commission Miami, FL | Full-Time | Unlimited Growth Potential Come join one of Miami 's coolest roofing companies. We help homeowners feel confident, educated, and taken care of when it's time for a roof repair or a full replacement. We're growing fast and looking for motivated, outgoing, and proactive people to join our sales team as Roofologists (aka: the person homeowners trust when they need real answers). What You 'll Be Doing Your job is simple: * Meet with homeowners * Educate them on their roofing options * Help them choose the best solution for their needs + budget * Build trust, create confidence, and guide them through the process Once you close the deal, our amazing internal team takes over the rest -- scheduling, permitting, paperwork, collections, and project management. Responsibilities * Meet weekly/monthly sales goals and quotas * Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners * Network and connect in the community * Present roofing services to new and existing customers * Follow up consistently and maintain strong customer relationships * Track leads and communication using CRM tools * Work with our internal team to deliver a smooth customer experience What We 're Looking For * Sales experience, customer service, or a related field * Strong communication + people skills * Confident, coachable, motivated, and consistent * Comfortable speaking with homeowners and guiding decisions * Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus * Must be able to carry a ladder and climb on roofs when needed * Strong work ethic + proactive attitude (we can't stress this enough!)
