Top producing State Farm Agent is seeking a current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensed, motivated & outgoing applicant to join their experienced SALES TEAM for the role of: * Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member Base Salary ranges from $45,000 - $50,000 based on experience with total earnings expected between $60,000 - $75,000 which include aggressive commission & bonus plan. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer interactions. Responsibilities: * Develop leads, conduct appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. * Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
