Now Hiring: Commercial Account Manager - Independent Retail Insurance Location: 631 9th St, Marion, IA 52302 Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) SFD Insurance, part of the ALKEME family, is hiring a Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team in Marion, Iowa. This role manages a well- defined book of select and middle-market commercial accounts. Company Perks * 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employee-only plans * PTO and company-paid holidays * 401(k) plan with employer contribution * Opportunities for career growth and professional development within a nationwide network * Supportive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment What You 'll Do as the Commercial Account Manager * Manage and service a portfolio of select and middle market commercial accounts * Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes with accuracy and timeliness * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by proactively identifying coverage needs and service opportunities * Collaborate closely with Producers, Account Managers, and internal service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences * Market new and renewal business to carrier partners and negotiate terms as appropriate * Maintain accurate records and workflows within the Applied Epic agency management system What We 're Looking For * Experience servicing commercial lines accounts within an independent insurance agency or brokerage * Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, policies, and servicing workflows * Experience using an agency management system; Applied Epic experience strongly preferred * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment * Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe) Why ALKEME?
