Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Agente de ventas y prospeccion onsite to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective prospecting, client engagement, and relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency and experience in retail sales or insurance sales are highly valued to connect with diverse clients and expand our market reach. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities. * Engage with potential clients through telemarketing, marketing campaigns, and direct outreach. * Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining positive customer relationships. * Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up, and CRM updates. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and sales performance. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive client information. * Support benefits administration and other related functions as needed. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (English/Spanish) and multilingual settings are advantageous. * Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning. * Experience with sales administration tools, CRM software, and marketing platforms is desirable. * Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service roles will be considered a plus.
