We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives to sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. This position offers room for growth, flexible work schedule (no nights, weekends, or holidays) and a competitive Base + Commission compensation with bonus opportunity. Experience and P&C Licensed a plus but not necessary, we will help you get licensed! Must be hard working, driven and dependable. We are located at 2122 E. Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14623. Job Responsibilities of a Licensed Sales Professional * Be a team-player to help grow the agency * Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals * Be organized and efficient * Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs * Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage * Ensure a positive customer experience Job Requirements of a Licensed Sales Professional * Confident, self-starter who works well independently * Excellent verbal & written communication/interpersonal skills * Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude * Sales experience is a plus * Driven to fulfill customer needs * Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses, already possessing a license is a plus * Bilingual candidates welcome Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off License/Certification: * Insurance Producer License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
