Broten Garage Door Sales is seeking a Customer Follow-Up & Sales Closer to help convert unsold quotes into happy customers. Position Overview The Customer Follow-Up & Sales Closer is responsible for reaching out to customers who received quotes but haven't yet purchased. You'll follow up by phone, email, -- understanding their needs, answering questions, and overcoming objections to close the sale or schedule an appointment. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys relationship- building and thrives on achieving results. Key Responsibilities * Follow up daily with unsold leads and open quotes. * Engage customers in friendly, professional conversations that build trust and encourage action. * Identify obstacles or hesitations and present solutions to help close the sale. * Track all interactions and updates in the CRM system. * Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions. What We 're Looking For * Proven success in sales , especially phone-based or inside sales. * Excellent communication and active listening skills. * Ability to handle objections and close confidently. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude. * Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
