Overview

The Customer Follow-Up & Sales Closer is responsible for reaching out to customers who received quotes but haven't yet purchased. You'll follow up by phone, email, -- understanding their needs, answering questions, and overcoming objections to close the sale or schedule an appointment. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys relationship- building and thrives on achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up daily with unsold leads and open quotes.
• Engage customers in friendly, professional conversations that build trust and encourage action.
• Identify obstacles or hesitations and present solutions to help close the sale.
• Track all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversions. What We 're Looking For
• Proven success in sales , especially phone-based or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close confidently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus). What We Offer
