Our products are designed to meet the needs of diverse clients. Job Description: We seek a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inside sales requests as well as identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound quote requests * Read and understand engineering drawings * Estimate material, labor, and other project-specific related costs to calculate final pricing * Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers * Prospect and contact potential customers * Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software * Create sales material to present to customers * Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services Primary Qualifications: * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields in the elevator or construction industry * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field * Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel and Outlook and QuickBooks * Math skills, i.e. calculations, interpreting drawings for takeoffs * Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships * Strong presentation and negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed What We Offer: * Competitive salary and commission structure * Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Supportive and collaborative team environment What We Offer: * Competitive salary and commission structure * Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Supportive and collaborative team environment
