Empire Insurance Agency is expanding and looking for hungry, driven sales agents who want to earn serious money in a fast-paced sales environment. This is a hybrid inbound & outbound role with strong support, daily incentives, and high commission potential. If you're motivated by performance and income, this is the opportunity. What You'll Be Doing * Handling inbound and outbound calls with interested prospects * Presenting insurance products using proven scripts and systems * Closing sales and building long-term income * Competing daily for incentives and bonuses What We Offer * Inbound & outbound call flow provided * High commissions -- up to 70% commission on products * Daily spiffs * Wheel spins & bonus incentives * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Structured training and ongoing coaching * Clear growth path into higher earnings and leadership roles Income Potential (Based on Current Team Averages) * Off-season: Average agents earn ~$2,000 per week * Open Enrollment: Average agents earn $4,000 -$7,000 per week (Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.)
