Benefits: * $17-$20 Hourly Wage PLUS Bonuses * 50% Employee Discount * Development and Advancement Opportunities * Free Waxing What We 're Looking For: * 2+ years' of retail or equivalent management experience. * Must be able to work 40 hours per week including morning, evening, and weekends. * Have strong organizational skills. * Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team. * Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards. * Ability to give, receive, and implement feedback. * Strong communication and organization skills. Job Responsibilities: * Mastering the Guest Service Associate role and leading by example. * You're responsible for supporting a profitable business--focusing on creating genuine connections that foster customer loyalty, love of the brand, and strong community engagement. * Managing the Reservation Books in a fast paced environment and handling the daily flow of the center * Demonstrating EWC products, and explaining our Wax Pass, Products, and Prebooking benefits. * Assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. * Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
