Responsibilities * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. * Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans for account growth and retention. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits of transportation solutions. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales effectively while ensuring customer needs are met. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. * Develop tailored proposals based on client requirements, emphasizing value propositions and upselling opportunities. * Collaborate with management on marketing strategies, lead generation campaigns, and territory management initiatives. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently to foster long-term relationships. * Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
