About This Position * Outside sales role - meet homeowners in their homes across Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach * Not cold calling - you'll work with pre-qualified leads who already expressed interest in SimpliSafe or AT&T services * Build rapport, educate customers, and guide them through tailored solutions * Goal: Learn sales/marketing quickly -> transition into leadership & management Benefits * $15.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience) + uncapped commission * Paid training with mentorship * Health, dental & vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off * Employee discounts on SimpliSafe & AT&T services * Leadership development & career growth opportunities Job Details * Job Type: Full-Time * Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible schedule - five hours a day after 12:30PM, with occasional weekends * Location: In-person, residential sales in the Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and West Palm Beach, FL areas * License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) * Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person This position is ideal for someone motivated to learn sales fast, build leadership skills, and grow into management.
