Full description of the position

Client Development Specialist: The Client Development Specialist is responsible for new business development and retention of current clients through service and networking. The Client Development Specialist is held accountable for the overall growth of their branch. This individual works with the Sales & Marketing Manager to establish plans and strategies to expand the client base through new business development and by building strong relations with assigned current clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Meet and/or exceed sales goals Cold calls and telemarketing Maintain check-ins with clients to make sure they are happy with the quality of our services and help to resolve any issues Visit current clients monthly Enter customer information, contact, email, phone and type of business into Tempworks Maintain Prospects & Clients in Tempworks Prospect follow-up Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Coordinate sales effort with team members and the management team Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Assist in client past due payments as needed. Promotes KeyStaff to ensure we attract, hire and retain the best candidates and clients Ensure new and existing accounts meet our safety standards and KeyStaff is sending employees to a safe working environment Prepare proposals and quotes Work at the prospect/client site when necessary to learn about the companys operation, Partner Profile Process KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (typically required of the position) Must demonstrate interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, active listening, effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision Must demonstrate interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, service orientation, active listening, effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks Physical ability to sit, stand and walk Regular, reliable attendance is required Use of industry databases and the management of industry databases EDUCATION & TRAINING Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years of outside business-to-business sales experience FTL
