Overview

We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and reliable Door-to-Door Canvassers to join our growing Skyline Windows team. This entry-to-mid-level role is perfect for someone with high energy, strong communication skills, and the desire to grow into leadership or high-earning sales consultant positions. You will be the first point of contact with homeowners--creating interest, scheduling free consultations, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods in assigned territories promoting Skyline Windows replacement services
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations at the door
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of upgrading to energy-efficient windows
• Schedule in-home consultations
• Track leads and appointments accurately using our CRM system
• Represent Skyline Windows with integrity, positivity, and professionalism What We Offer

Qualifications

• Strong people skills with confidence talking face-to-face
• Goal-oriented with a competitive, coachable mindset
• Reliable transportation to canvassing areas
• Previous canvassing/sales experience is a plus, but not required--we train the right person!
• Must be 17+ years old

Compensation

• Average reps: $55,000 - $80,000 per year
• Top performers: $100,000 - $120,000+ per year
• Weekly incentives & Recruiting Bonuses Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
