As an Automotive Sales BDC Representative, your primary responsibility will be contacting customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments with our sales team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that customers are connected with the right people at the right time, setting up appointments for those interested in purchasing a vehicle. Automotive Sales BDC Representative Responsibilities * Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team. * Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * Follow up with leads via phone calls, texts, or emails to confirm appointments and provide additional information. * Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling requests. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and appointments. Automotive Sales BDC Representative Qualifications * Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred. * Professional appearance and behavior. * Strong computer and phone literacy. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.
