: We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

: - Develop and maintain a client base through effective sales techniques. - Provide personalized insurance solutions to meet clients' needs. - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends. - Negotiate insurance terms with clients to ensure the best coverage at the most competitive rates. - Handle sales administration tasks efficiently. - Utilize bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to cater to a diverse customer base. - Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships. Experience: - Proven experience in insurance sales or related field. - Strong background in outside sales and retail sales. - Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. - Bilingual proficiency is a plus. - Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
