Sales Representative (Livestream Commerce) Location: Portland, OR (In-person) Pay: $30/hr base + commission (top reps $100+/hr) Type: Part-time | Flexible Scheduling, full time opportunities available based on performance About Us We're a fast-growing e-commerce company that moves thousands of units of sneakers, apparel, and accessories every week through Whatnot -- a live auction marketplace where buyers bid in real time. Think of this as inside sales meets live commerce : our sales reps sell products directly to customers through live video auctions, closing dozens of deals per show. The Role We're looking for motivated, engaging Sales Reps who can thrive in a fast- paced, on-camera sales environment. You'll host 4-hour live shows, present curated product mixes, and drive revenue through clear communication, urgency, and persuasion. You'll focus on selling , not logistics -- our operations team preps and ships everything. You bring the sales energy. What You 'll Do * Sell 50+ items per live auction show with energy and accuracy * Run 4-hour sales shows, managing pace and engagement * Build excitement, create urgency, and close sales on the spot * Communicate product details, features, and value persuasively * Engage with customers in real time -- think of chat as your pipeline * Follow performance metrics and continuously improve conversion What We 're Looking For We're not hiring influencers. We're hiring salespeople who can perform live.
