Overview

MyFlorida Energy is seeking a bilingual, highly organized and proactive Dispatch and Sales Support Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role to ensure efficient team building, smooth day- to day operations, targeted KPI needs and identify opportunities for coaching and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm daily customer appointments to maximize show rates and reduce cancellations.
• Manage and organize calendars for the sales team, ensuring balanced lead distribution and optimized appointment timing.
• Call customers prior to appointments to answer questions, handle objections, and save potential cancellations.
• Provide sales reps with detailed pre-appointment information to improve their chances of closing deals.
• Act as the main point of contact for sales reps, assisting with scheduling changes and customer updates.
• Track and report key sales KPIs, including appointment confirmations, show/no-show rates, and close percentages.
• Adjust schedules in real time to respond to last-minute changes or availability.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver performance reports. _ Requirements_
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Skilled at handling objections, negotiating, and supporting deal closure.
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with experience managing multiple calendars.
• Proficient with CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate creative-thinking skills and consistently meet KPI targets.
• Ability to motivate and uplift colleagues, team building and proactive communicator.
• Motivated, with a go-getter mindset with a desire to grow into senior sales or leadership roles and grow personally and professionally. This position reports in the North Miami Office 5x/week. Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
