Door-to-Door Canvasser / Appointment Setter Commission Only | $40 -$75 Per Appointment | NO CLOSING Company: Expert Property Maintenance Location: Portland, OR / Vancouver, WA (and surrounding areas) Pay: $40 -$75 per qualified appointment Schedule: Flexible | Part-time or Full-time About the Role Expert Property Maintenance is a professional home services company providing exterior maintenance solutions, primarily roof and gutter services , along with other residential exterior services. We're hiring Door-to-Door Canvassers to generate homeowner appointments for our sales team. This role is strictly appointment setting -- no estimating, no pricing, and no closing. What You'll Be Doing * Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door * Speak with homeowners and introduce our home services * Schedule free, no-obligation inspections * Collect accurate homeowner contact information * Represent the company professionally and respectfully What You Will NOT Be Doing * No closing sales * No quoting prices * No negotiating * No collecting payments Your only goal is to book qualified appointments. What Counts as a Qualified Appointment Appointments are paid only if: * The homeowner agrees to a scheduled inspection * The appointment is within our service area * The appointment is run by our sales team * The lead is not a duplicate or existing customer Compensation * $40 -$75 per qualified appointment * Paid weekly or bi-weekly * Higher payouts available for experienced canvassers * Performance bonuses available for consistent producers Top performers regularly earn $1,000+ per week.
