About the Role

Expert Property Maintenance is a professional home services company providing exterior maintenance solutions, primarily roof and gutter services , along with other residential exterior services. We're hiring Door-to-Door Canvassers to generate homeowner appointments for our sales team. This role is strictly appointment setting -- no estimating, no pricing, and no closing. What You'll Be Doing

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door
• Speak with homeowners and introduce our home services
• Schedule free, no-obligation inspections
• Collect accurate homeowner contact information
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully What You Will NOT Be Doing
• No closing sales
• No quoting prices
• No negotiating
• No collecting payments Your only goal is to book qualified appointments. What Counts as a Qualified Appointment Appointments are paid only if:
• The homeowner agrees to a scheduled inspection
• The appointment is within our service area
• The appointment is run by our sales team
• The lead is not a duplicate or existing customer

Compensation

• $40 -$75 per qualified appointment
• Paid weekly or bi-weekly
• Higher payouts available for experienced canvassers
• Performance bonuses available for consistent producers Top performers regularly earn $1,000+ per week. Who This Is For
