Job Location: Miami, FL 33142 | Full-Time, In-Person Pay: $50,000 - $70,000 Base + Commission & Bonuses (Uncapped) About the Role Tier 1 Staffing is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our client base and deliver staffing solutions across multiple industries. This role combines B2B sales, client relationship management, and recruiting--perfect for a results-oriented, self-motivated professional. What You'll Do * Conduct outside B2B sales and cold outreach to acquire new clients * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Negotiate contracts and close deals * Recruit candidates to fulfill client staffing needs * Achieve daily and weekly sales targets (13 B2B visits/day, 4 client appointments/day, 10-15 staffing proposals/week) What We're Looking For * Bilingual English & Spanish (Mandatory) * 2+ years outside sales experience in staffing or related B2B field * Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills * CRM and sales software experience * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven Benefits * Weekly salary + uncapped commissions & bonuses * Paid company cell phone * PTO & travel expense reimbursement * Career growth opportunities Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
