As a Verizon Wireless Sales Representative, you'll be the trusted face of Verizon, connecting directly with customers to understand their wireless and internet needs while delivering reliable, affordable solutions. Through comprehensive training, a Verizon Wireless Sales Representative gains in-depth knowledge of Verizon's products, services, and customer care strategies. You'll develop into a go-to telecommunications expert that customers can rely on. Whether assisting new clients, conducting service evaluations like speed tests, processing sales, or building long-term relationships, the Verizon Wireless Sales Representative position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact. Verizon Wireless Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Build and manage customer accounts by engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their service needs. * Train alongside experienced team members to become fully versed in Verizon's offerings. * Work directly with customers providing expert guidance and top-tier service. * Address questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and accuracy. * Manage the full customer journey--from consultation to installation and follow-up. * Collaborate with fellow Verizon Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and foster a supportive environment. Verizon Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications: * Strong customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional experiences. * Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and systems. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Confidence and problem-solving mindset when addressing customer challenges. * Knowledge of wireless carriers, mobile devices, or internet services is a plus but not required. * Previous experience as a Verizon Wireless Sales Representative or in sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
