Job Summary We are a high-volume Allstate insurance agency looking for a motivated, Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to handle inbound leads and outbound follow-ups while building long-term relationships within the community. We are a locally rooted agency committed to serving our community with honesty, education, and long-term protection not quick transactions. This role is ideal for someone seeking a meaningful career, who enjoys helping people make confident financial decisions and values being a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will work with existing customers to review, improve, and protect what matters most to them, while also welcoming new customers through inbound leads, referrals, and community engagement efforts. This is not a call center role. You will be a trusted advisor, educator, and local presence representing the agency with professionalism and integrity. Benefits: * Competitive base pay with performance based bonuses * Paid time off, including vacation and personal days * Bonus opportunities tied directly to individual performance * Ongoing training, coaching, and career development * Supportive team environment with growth opportunities Work Schedule & Location * Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Fridays: 9:00am - 5:00 PM * Occasional Saturday availability (rotational, if needed) * In-office position (not remote) Responsibilities * Quote Auto, Home, Condo and Renter policies * Follow up with warm leads (no cold lists) * Cross-sell life and umbrella when appropriate * Maintain CRM notes and follow workflows * Explain coverage options and insurance services clearly to customers * Assist with new policies, changes, and renewals * Respond to customer questions promptly and professionally * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups REQUIREMENTS Active NYS Property & Casualty License REQUIRED Insurance sales or service experience preferred Comfortable on the phone Bilingual Spanish/English (if applicable) Communication and interpersonal skills.
