Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Health Insurance Stipend Requirements * Active Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one * Bilingual Spanish / English strongly preferred * Prior experience selling P&C Insurance preferred * Proven sales performance must be verifiable * Strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a positive attitude * Self-disciplined and dependable * Eager to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a team environment Responsibilities * Drive new business production to meet or exceed monthly goals * Call qualified warm leads daily to generate quotes and close sales * Recommend personalized insurance solutions tailored to client needs * Maintain accurate records of activity and client interactions * Build and manage a robust sales pipeline About Us Our agencies began in 2005 to partner with customers while providing an exceptional place to work.
