Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Competitive salary * Opportunity for advancement $50,000 - $60,000 base salary with a bonus structure in place to earn over $100,000 a year! There is a $3,000 raise after the probation period (or paid health insurance benefits). Bonuses and commissions are paid every month based on the business written and goals attained. A solid client base along with constant referrals from several states give a licensed producer many opportunities to write business. If a person secures an additional license, there is a $2,000 raise per license (P/C, L/H). There is a lot of opportunity for growth in the short term and long term - financial, professional, personal. We write policies for many of the top insurance carriers in the country (P/C, L/H). We also provide many financial services for clients and provide athlete management. Some of the typical daily functions include: providing quotes, writing insurance business and following up. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Professionalism, competence, honesty, diligence, integrity, excellent work ethic, the ability to learn, self-motivation, organization and pride in being an achiever are essential.
