Job Title Inside Sales & Lead Qualification Specialist (Office-Based - Miami) Job Description We are a fast-growing lead generation and service company operating in the garage door, roofing, locksmith, and auto transport industries. We are looking for motivated Inside Sales & Lead Qualification Specialists to work from our Miami office and handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, close deals, and follow up with customers. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, sales-driven, and comfortable managing multiple service types. Some calls are strictly qualification, while others require selling, sending estimates, negotiating pricing, and closing deals. Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries for: * Garage door services * Locksmith services * Roofing services * Auto transport services * Qualify leads by gathering accurate customer information and service needs * Close deals over the phone when applicable * Send estimates and follow up with customers to push deals to close * For auto transport: * Sell transport services to customers * Coordinate with drivers * Negotiate pricing and availability * Perform outbound follow-up calls on open leads and estimates * Update CRM with call notes, lead status, and deal progress * Maintain a professional, confident, and customer-focused phone presence * Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth job execution * Answer inbound calls and respond to customer Qualifications Strong phone communication and persuasion skills * Sales mindset with the ability to close deals * Experience in inside sales, call centers, customer service, or dispatching is a plus * Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced call volume * Comfortable discussing pricing, estimates, and negotiations * Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented * Fluent English required (Spanish is a plus) * Ability to work on-site at our Miami office (not remote) What We Offer * Base pay + commissions (high earning potential for closers) * Stable, long-term, full-time position * Training provided on all service types * Clear growth opportunities within the company * Professional office environment in Miami * Consistent inbound leads (no cold calling lists) Schedule * Full-time * Business hours with possible flexibility based on performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week Work Location: In person
