Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Finance Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in automotive financing and sales, and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. If you are driven, customer-focused, and ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you. This is not a Finance Manager position. This is a Sales Advisor position with Finance attributes. Responsibilities * Assist customers throughout the car buying process, from initial contact to final sale, including financing * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features * Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets * Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently * Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in car finance and sales (used or new vehicles) * Fluency in both English and Spanish is required * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Schedule * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM * One day off per week (Sunday) Compensation * Annual earnings range: $120,000 - $220,000 Why Join SuperAutos Miami? * Competitive compensation structure * Supportive team environment * Growth opportunities within the company * Work with a reputable, customer-first dealership Apply today and become part of the SuperAutos Miami team.
