Duties * Take customer orders via phone, email, and walk-in customers * Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting product or service benefits clearly and confidently * Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships * Track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize lead generation and conversion rates * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, understanding client needs, and offering suitable solutions * Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain engagement and advance sales opportunities through effective communication skills Skills * Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly * Microsoft Word, Outlook (Emails), & Excel experience * Strong communication and organizational skills * Positive attitude and reliability * Customer service or inside sales experience is a plus, but not required * Willingness to learn and be part of a team * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while collaborating effectively with team members Join us as an Inside Sales Representative and become a vital part of our growth story!
