Responsibilities of an Entry Level AT &T Assistant: * Represent AT&T by meeting directly with customers to introduce products and create new sales opportunities * Educate homeowners about AT&T's high-speed internet, wireless, and entertainment packages while highlighting key features and benefits * Build lasting trust through transparent communication, expert product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to delivering customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring each step of the sales process is professional, compliant, and efficient * Collaborate closely with your Entry Level AT&T Assistant team to exceed weekly goals, share best practices, and uphold the performance standards of Vantage Management Group Training & Development At Vantage Management Group, we believe great sales professionals are made through great training.
