Responsibilities

of an Entry Level AT &T Assistant:

• Represent AT&T by meeting directly with customers to introduce products and create new sales opportunities
• Educate homeowners about AT&T's high-speed internet, wireless, and entertainment packages while highlighting key features and benefits
• Build lasting trust through transparent communication, expert product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to delivering customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring each step of the sales process is professional, compliant, and efficient
• Collaborate closely with your Entry Level AT&T Assistant team to exceed weekly goals, share best practices, and uphold the performance standards of Vantage Management Group Training & Development At Vantage Management Group, we believe great sales professionals are made through great training. Every Entry Level AT &T Assistant receives step-by- step coaching in:
• Sales techniques & closing strategies: Learning how to convert interest into measurable results

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
• A positive, outgoing personality and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated attitude and interest in building a career in sales
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,475.00 per week
