Sales Role - Warm Leads Provided About Us The Colwell Law Group, LLC is one of New York's top family and matrimonial law firms -- a respected, fast-growing team known for helping clients build fearlessly evolved families. We're expanding our Sales and Client Consultation Team and looking for a driven, emotionally intelligent closer who thrives in a high-performance culture. This isn't cold calling. You'll be meeting with pre- qualified, inbound leads who want help now. Your job? To connect, understand, and convert -- guiding them confidently to retain our legal team. About the Role You'll lead the front end of the client relationship -- translating conversations into signed clients and new revenue. This is a consultative, high-ticket sales role that rewards grit, integrity, and measurable performance. Your mission: deliver an exceptional consultation experience that builds trust and drives conversions. Success here is clear -- conversion rate, revenue closed, and monthly targets met or exceeded. Key Responsibilities * Conduct scheduled consultations (virtual and in-person) with pre-qualified prospective clients * Uncover needs, identify emotional and practical motivators, and close with clarity and confidence * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals * Track all pipeline activity and client touchpoints in Lawmatics (CRM) * Partner with Intake and Attorneys to ensure flawless onboarding * Use LawPay and firm systems to manage retainers and payments * Participate in advanced sales training and live coaching via the CLG Sales Workspace *You 're the Ideal Candidate If You: * Have 3+ years of proven success in consultative, high-value, or service-based sales * Excel in closing warm leads and managing a pipeline from conversation to conversion * Are motivated by performance, recognition, and results -- not micromanagement * Thrive in a quota-driven environment and consistently outperform your peers * Communicate with empathy, authority, and influence -- especially under pressure * Bring professionalism, organization, and emotional intelligence to every interaction * Want to be part of a mission-driven firm where your results create real impact *Compensation & Career Growth * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + quarterly bonuses * Top performers earn $100K-$130K+ annually * 401(k) with company match * Medical (firm pays 80% of employee premium), dental, vision, life, Aflac, and pet insurance * 10 vacation days, 7 personal days, and 8 paid holidays * Paid professional development and ongoing sales mastery training * Opportunity for advancement into Senior Consultation Manager or Sales Leadership roles Our Core Values * Compassion is vital.
