We are seeking an additional Customer Service Representative/Office Assistan t that is fluent is Haitian-Creole and English. Ideal Candidates: * MUST be Bilingual (Haitian Creole & English) * Prior experience with Admin/Office tasks is PREFERRED * Automotive TAG & TITLE experience is a HUGE PLUS but we will TEACH you if not! MUST be willing to learn the Tag & Title process * Dealership experience is a PLUS * Phone etiquette & experience with a multi-line phone system is a PLUS * Strong Communication skills, both verbal & written * High Attention to Detail * Strong People Skills * Strong Computer Skills (will be taught company software) * Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Assist management & sales team as needed * Set customer sales & vehicle service appointments * Administrative tasks with completing paperwork, filing, typing, copying, emailing, updating databases, etc. * Learn and perform Tag & Title tasks * Make calls & attempts to collect deferred down payments from customers (An effort before it goes to collections) Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to: * Earn $18 to $23/hour (based on experience/skills) * Yearly Potential of $37,440-$47,840+/yr (based on experience/skills) * 5 Day Work Week!(9am-6pm, Saturdays are Required, closed Sundays & get a weekday off!) * 401k Plan * Paid Time Off/Holiday Pay * Family Owned & Supportive Management Team to ensure your SUCCESS All those interested should APPLY, and you may also call 855-[please apply online] to discuss the next steps in our hiring process.
