About the Role We are seeking a professional, motivated Real Estate Broker to join the top- ranked Sarah Leonard Team. You will work with buyers, sellers, and investors while being supported by a full operations team including transaction coordination, listing coordination, marketing, and lead generation. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to focus on selling while the team supports the administrative and operational details. Responsibilities * Present purchase offers and negotiate terms on behalf of clients. * Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, financing options, and legal requirements. * Conduct comparative market analyses to determine competitive market pricing. * Promote property listings through the MLS, open houses, and marketing channels. * Develop content and materials for client presentations. * Accompany buyers during showings and inspections, offering guidance on suitability and value. * Prepare and review representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, deeds, and leases. * Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, and vendors to ensure smooth closings. * Oversee the final stages of closings, including document signing and fund distribution. * Prospect for new business through referrals, past clients, property owners, and community engagement. * Support clients with leasing or rental needs when applicable. Skills and Experience * Strong understanding of Illinois real estate contracts, law, and compliance. * Excellent administrative and organizational skills. * Confident negotiator with the ability to advocate for clients. * Proficient in market research and data analysis. * Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional client service. * Professional communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
