GDG Smiles is one of the fastest-growing cosmetic dental brands in South Florida. We operate like a high-performance sales organization -- not a traditional dental office. * Our marketing engine brings thousands of warm leads monthly. * Our SDRs and QS teams identify and prepare them. * YOU are the closer who turns interest into booked cases. We're building a Wolf-of-Wall-Street style Sales Den at our Fort Lauderdale HQ -- a high-energy environment with live leaderboards, a bell for every booking, and priority access to the hottest leads in our system. The Role As an Independent Sales Representative, you'll close prequalified cosmetic dentistry leads (veneers, crowns, smile design). This is NOT cold calling -- every prospect has shown interest. You will work inside the GDG Sales Den during one of our Lead Flow Blocks to receive priority inbound opportunities: * AM Block: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM * PM Block: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Participation is optional, but lead flow is prioritized for contractors active in the Den.)
