Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel BT Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for hotel business transactions (BT)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts and market analysis
- Manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead business development initiatives by leveraging marketing strategies and technology solutions
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with prospective clients
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance service delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development within the hospitality or related industries
- Strong background in B2B sales, marketing, and technology-driven solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Demonstrated success in technical or solution-based sales environments involving negotiation and analysis skills
- Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships
