We have an aggressive compensation plan that rewards your sales success $!$ We have some walk-in business, we'll support you with marketing support to go visit prospects, and we have clients you can cross sell. Our agency has been established in Delaware for 30 yrs. giving a base to build upon but we have new ownership and an aggressive focus to grow small commercial. We have plenty of markets with carriers from Main Street to Liberty Mutual, Travelers, & Progressive to Chubb.
