Compensation & Benefits * $70,000 - $85,000 annual base + performance bonuses * Health, dental, and disability insurance * Paid time off * Ongoing training and career development AMSYS Insurance Agency, a division of AMSYS Group, is seeking a motivated and licensed Health Insurance Sales Producer to join our Houston team. This role combines outbound sales and customer service, with a focus on meeting sales targets, building client relationships, and servicing active policies. Key Responsibilities * Sell Health and P&C insurance policies to individuals and businesses * Prospect new clients through provided and self-generated leads * Prepare quotes, present policies, and close sales * Achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets * Support clients with policy servicing, renewals, and billing inquiries * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service Required Qualifications * Active Health Insurance License (Required) * Property & Casualty License (Preferred) * 5+ years of insurance or sales experience * Strong closing, presentation, and communication skills * Self-motivated with a positive, energetic approach * Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle rejection * Must reside in Houston, TX and work onsite Preferred Qualifications * Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred) * Experience with AgencyZoom and/or AMS360 * Familiarity with commercial auto policies is a plus
