Responsibilities: * Customize a Floor Coating solution for pre-qualified leads * Provide customers with a confident and clear explanation of our product and its benefits * Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction * Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales * Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers * Close deals same day - Target close rate 35%+ * Handling financing and payments What you bring to the table: * Ability to engage with clients through phone and video tools or media * Ability to provide good communication with all customers * Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet * Self-discipline and effective time management * Enthusiastic and motivated personality * Maintain a clean and professional appearance Compensation * 100% Commission Pay * Commission based up to 12% * $3,000.00 Sign-on Bonus We are an equal opportunity employer.
