Our work environment includes: * Modern spa setting * Wellness programs that enable members to receive discounted body and skin care services on a monthly basis. Responsibilities : - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new body and skincare services; presenting and enrolling new guests into the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling members for future services and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations. - Support operations flow by greeting clients, providing accurate information about services, products, and company policies. - Maintain confidential customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with service providers to ensure customer satisfaction - Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach. Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Empathy and patience when dealing with members and guests. - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. - Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
